Après La Nuit is a Swiss podcast dedicated to the stories of those who have lived through the unspeakable. Violence, trauma, exile, grief, financial hardship… Each episode gives a voice to people with unique stories, from here and elsewhere, who share what they have been through, but above all, what has helped them keep going, rebuild their lives and find their way forward. Through these stories, the podcast aims to inform, raise awareness, support healing and offer hope. Because ‘after the night’, ‘après la nuit’ in french, there is sometimes a path towards the light.
